My love affair with the Hawaiian Islands began in the summer of 1963 when my family planned a dream vacation. We spent three months camping on the beaches of Oahu, Maui, Hawaii and Kauai.
I graduated from University of California, San Diego in 1973. I subsequently received my teaching credential from San Diego State University. With a desire to purchase San Diego beach property, I decided a California real estate license would be of great value. Thus, In 1977 my real estate career was launched.
In 1985 my real estate expertise took me to the historical Hotel Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico. I was in charge of the development of the residential expansion of the hotel.
One of the most important positions I’ve ever held was that of being a CASA, a Court Appointed Special Advocate. As a CASA, I was an advocate for children under the jurisdiction of child protective services. It was a most rewarding experience.

I am currently serving on the Board of Directors at the Maui Country Club. We are planning the 100 th anniversary of this extraordinary Club. It’s an honor to represent the members of this historical Club.
